Original 1st printing (OP-1 in the Eric King guide, the khaki/dark green version) 13&7/8 x 20" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the Oxford Circle at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on 11/4-5/1966. Art by Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse (who also SIGNED the poster in pencil), image is # 33 in the Family Dog/Avalon series. Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in absolutely stunning mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; maybe there's a stray pinch/edge ding or corner bump, but this is without question one of the sharpest-looking examples of this poster as I've ever seen. An absolutely GORGEOUS SIGNED specimen of one of the most coveted early Grateful Dead Mouse/Kelley images from the Avalon.
