Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" mailed concert flyer for NYC beat-psych rockers the Fugs appearing with Shiva's Head Band at the Vulcan Gas Company in Austin, TX on 2/21-22/1969. Art by the one and only JFKLN (Jim Franklin), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 294 (plate 3.125) and is an un-numbered part of the VG/Vulcan Gas Company series. Thin flat stock flyer is in excellent (B+) condition; a set of tiny pin holes (all four corners), a set of flattened horizontal folds (as issued), a trace of edge wear and a couple of ultra-light surface stains on the "F" of "Feb. 21", otherwise fine. This is the first MAILED VG item I've ever had the pleasure of offering, a very nifty piece indeed.
