Original 1st printing 23 x 29" uncut proof sheet (concert poster + (4) handbills/cards) for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) with Albert King and the Pacific Gas & Electric at the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles, CA on 5/2-4/1968. Art by Rick Griffin and Victor Moscoso (who also SIGNED the sheet in silver- see close-up), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 277 (plate 3.69). Medium-thick glossy-coated index stock sheet is in fantastic near mint to excellent (A-/B+) condition; only a hint of surface wear and a small crease in the lower right corner keep this one from being virgin-clean. Really neat-looking uncut sheet from two of the most talented sets of hands in the biz. *this poster is from the Bruce Bard Collection.
