Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for Chicago blues harmonica legend Little Walter appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service at the Matrix in San Francisco, CA on 8/9-?/1966. Art by Ray Andersen (QMS lettering by Wes Wilson), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 167 (plate 2.123). Thin flat pulpy stock flyer is in stunning mint/near mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; aside from a maybe a tiny edge/corner ding or stray handling mark (I can't really see anything) and a tiny pencil scratch on the reverse, this example is just as bright/crisp as can be. VERY SCARCE early Matrix item, I used to get asked for this piece CONSTANTLY.... this is actually the first one I've ever had the pleasure of offering.
