Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 20&1/4" concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company (with Janis Joplin), along with Quicksilver Messenger Service, Freedom Highway and Heather Stone at the Continental Ballroom (Auditorium) in Santa Clara, CA on 7/14-15/1967. Art by "Grasshopper", image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 233 (plate 2.345). Medium flat textured stock poster is in excellent to very good  (B+ to B/B+) condition; a moisture stain on the reverse that barely shows through to the front of the image in the lower left quadrant (as is the case with a number of these), causing a minor amount of rippling and a slight discoloration, along with a couple of minor handling/edge dings, a tiny nip out of the right center margin, a 1/2" bend in the lower left corner, a tiny 1/8" tear in the bottom margin and a slight soft horizontal bend near the top edge, otherwise a fine-looking example of this unusual South Bay AOR poster.
