Original 1st printing 14&1/8 x 19&7/8" (wide margin) concert poster for rock n' roll pioneer Bo Diddley with the Sons of Adam on 8/5/1966 and with the Sons of Adam and Chicago blues legend Little Walter on 8/7/1966, both at Longshoreman's Hall in San Francisco, CA (according to reports, these shows were most likely canceled/rescheduled). Art by (and SIGNED in pencil by) Stanley Mouse, image ("Three Men in a Boat") is # 20 in the Family Dog/Avalon series. Medium flat vellum stock poster is in fantastic near mint (A-) condition; just a super-thin vertical bend in the extreme left margin and a whisper of handling, otherwise it's as bright/crisp an example of this fantastic early Family Dog poster as you can ask for... not to mention the added bonus of a nice big fat Mouse signature. Unlike most of the early numbered FD posters, this poster was never reprinted.
