Original 1st printing 6&3/4 x 11" multiple show flyer listing the 10/31-11/1/1969 3rd Quaker City Rock Festival, held at the Spectrum along with the 9/26-10/25/1969 schedule of shows held at the Electric Factory, both in Philadelphia, PA. Designer unknown, thin flat stock flyer lists performances by: Janis Joplin (and Kozmik Blues), B.B. King, Joe Cocker (and the Grease Band), Santana, Canned Heat, the Youngbloods and Chicago Transit Authority (QCRF) and MC5 and American Dream (9/26-27), Mountain and Lonnie Mack (10/3-4), It's A Beautiful day and Elvin Bishop (10/17-18), the Who and American Dream (10/19) and the Byrds with Catfish (10/24-25, all at the EF). Thin flat stock flyer is in good/decent (B/B-) condition; tape pulls in all four corners, a fairly heavy amount of edge wear (several small tears have been taped up with clear tape on the reverse), a bit of surface chipping/wear along the bottom right edge, a 4" diagonal bend in the lower left corner, a diagonal/vertical crease running along the upper right margin, light handling, a hint of toning and a few surface spots, otherwise fine. ULTRA-scarce regional item with an unbeatable lineup of talent, this is the only flyer I've ever seen from this event.
