Original 1st/only printing 21 x 25&5/8" concert poster for Lord August and His Visions of Life and the Georgetown Medical Band at the Vulcan Gas Company in Austin, TX on 1/5-6/1968. Art by Robert Rush, image ("Dragon") is #10 in the VG/Vulcan Gas Company series. Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in used (B-/C+) condition; a pair of decent-sized tape pulls in the "d" of "Lord" and just to the bottom right of the Vulcan Gas logo, along with a couple of dark vertical drip stains, a 7" diagonal bend in the lower left corner, a heavy amount of edge/corner wear (areas of creasing, tattering, staple holes and assorted damage), numerous small edge tears, scattered surface dings, etc... this one was UP. Still, a very bright bargain-level Vulcan Gas poster with gorgeous colors. A great candidate for restoration.
