Original 1st printing 21&3/4 x 27&5/8" concert poster for Canned Heat with the Conqueroo and Shiva's Head Band at the Vulcan Gas Company in Austin, TX on 5/11/1968 (Conqueroo/Shiva's only on 10/10). Art by underground comix legend Gilbert Shelton, image ("Canned Heat") is # 21 the VG/Vulcan Gas Company series. Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; a minor amount of well-camouflaged edge/corner wear (light creasing in the upper left/lower right edges and a 1/8" edge tear in the right center margin), a 2" vertical bend in the upper left margin, a tiny surface ding here and there, otherwise an absolutely GORGEOUS example of this ultra-trippy Gilbert Shelton image from the Vulcan Gas series. A personal favorite.
