Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster for African folk music legend Miriam Makeba in three exclusive weekend engagements at Art D'Lugoff's Village Gate in NYC's Greenwich Village on 6/2-3, 6/9-10 and 6/30-7/1/1967. Art by Gail Cochrane, image is one of very few posters (7 total, I believe) created by Liberty Graphics for shows at the Cafe Au Go-Go (and elsewhere); they were distributed by the poster shop upstairs from the club ("The Infinite Poster"). Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in absolutely stunning mint/near mint (A/A-) condition; aside from a whisper of edge wear, it's as crisp/bright as you can ask for. GORGEOUS poster from the Liberty Graphics series, and probably one of the hardest to find in the set.
