Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster for Gordon Lightfoot on 5/18-21/1967, the Blues Project on 5/22-27/1967, the Paul Butterfield Blues Band on 5/29-6/10/1967, Josh White on 6/12-17 and the Sidetrack on 6/21-9/3/1967, all shows at the New Penelope (Coffee House) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and sponsored by Elektra and Verve/Folkways Records in association with Expo '67 (hosted in Montreal over the summer of '67). Art by Arthur Taxier, image is one of only a few posters (7 total, I believe) created by Liberty Graphics for shows at NYC's Cafe Au Go-Go (and elsewhere- this is the only one from Canada); they were distributed by the poster shop upstairs from the C.A.G.G. ("The Infinite Poster"). Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; an ultra-minor amount of edge wear (a couple of small bends and a tiny edge tear or two), a set of tiny pin holes (all four corners) and a hint of handling, otherwise fine. Gorgeous mod/psychedelic design on this unusual oddball '67 concert poster.
