Original 1st printing 6&1/2 x 9&1/4" concert/event handbill for the 4/9/1968 "Palm Springs Pop Festival" at the Sunair Drive-In in Cathedral City, CA. Art by (and SIGNED in silver ink by) Bob Masse, the event featured Eric Burdon & the Animals, Blue Cheer, Sweetwater, the Collectors and the Dirty Blues Band (handbill also advertises a 4/11/1968 show at Palm Springs Ball Park with James Cotton and H.P. Lovecraft*. Thin flat stock handbill is in excellent to near mint (B+ to B+/A-) condition; a nearly-invisible horizontal center crease, a touch of handling and a sliver of toning in the top right corner and a couple of really tiny bends in the bottom corners, otherwise fine. One of Masse's harder-to-find southern California designs, this one is really sharp/tight.
