Original 1st printing 18 x 22&3/8" schedule concert poster for the Spring 1969 series of shows at the Rockpile in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Design by Meek, poster lists performances by John Mayall (3/2), Savoy Brown (3/8), Chuck Berry (3/16), Spirit (3/23), Jethro Tull (3/29), Crazy World of Arthur Brown (4/2), Family (4/19), John Lee Hooker (4/5), the Butterfield Blues Band (4/26), Sweetwater (5/4) and Deep Purple (5/11). Medium flat index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; several scattered tiny stress creases, a few handling dings, a couple of edge nicks, creasing/light crunching in the upper left corner and a slight curl to the poster, otherwise fine. Very pretty Peter Max-inspired poster with an interesting/eclectic lineup from a small regional venue. Cool piece.
