Original 1st printing 17 x 21&3/4" concert poster for San Jose garage/psychedelic/fuzz legends the Chocolate Watchband with Andrew Staples at Governor's Hall in Sacramento, CA on 11/19/1966 (date is hand-stamped at center). Art by Ogden (the same artist responsible for the "Vivid Vision" image for the Grateful Dead/Quicksilver show at Governor's the following month, which we are also offering in this sale), medium-thin flat index stock poster is in absolutely stunning near mint (A-/B+) condition; just a trace of handling wear (a pinch ding or two), a tiny 1/8" edge tear in the lower right corner, a tiny edge nick in the upper left margin and an ultra-soft diagonal bend in the top right corner, otherwise fine. GREAT-looking example of this very obscure regional '66 Northern California poster with a totally weird psychedelic design.
