Original 1st printing 23&1/2 x 33&1/8" tour blank (no dates) concert poster for the Grateful Dead's 1972 shows in Germany (part of the Europe '72 tour). Design by Gunther Kieser, image (with an imprinted date for 9/14/1974 in Frankfurt) is in the Art of Rock book on page 408 (plate 4.237). Medium-thin flat index stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; a pair of 1&3/4" tears in the top margin (above the "a" of "Grateful") and in the lower left corner, a set of staple holes (all four corners) a few small scattered edge tears and very light handling, otherwise fine. HELLACIOUSLY scarce European Dead poster, this is the first one of these I've ever had to offer.
