Original 1st printing 8 x 10&7/8" 24-page concert/festival program for the 10/31-11/1/1969 Quaker City Rock Festival and the 11/2/1969 Quaker City Jazz Festival, both held at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, PA. Design by Spencer Zahn and Brent Beck (with additional images courtesy of R. Crumb), thick newsprint three-color program lists performances by: Janis Joplin, B.B. King, Joe Cocker, Santana, Canned Heat, the Youngbloods and Chicago (Rock) and Moms Mabley, Herbie Mann, Mongo Santamaria, Miriam Makeba and Les McCann (Jazz). Thick newsprint/pulp stock program is in superb near mint (A-) condition; aside from a touch of a rough top edge and a tiny tear in the upper left corner of the cover, it's as crisp as they come. Really neat artifact from an obscure small regional "festival" with photos/bios, great local hip business ads and a full-page Electric Factory Concerts schedule that lists upcoming shows by the Rolling Stones, the Chambers Brothers/Spirit/Kinks, Lou Rawls and more.
