Original 1st printing 15&1/2 x 20" concert poster for legendary UK power trio Cream (Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker and Jack Bruce) with the Grateful Dead at the Sacramento (CA) Memorial Auditorium on 3/11/1968. Art by Jim Ford, image appears in the Art of Rock book on page 259 (plate 3.10). Medium-thin flat index stock poster is in absolutely stunning near mint (A-) condition; aside from just a touch of handling wear in the lower right corner (a pair of tiny pinch bends) and an ultra-soft bend in the extreme right margin, it's as bright/sharp an example as I've ever seen. An unbelievably GORGEOUS image in person, this one EASILY outshines the one pictured in the AOR by SEVERAL degrees... truly one of the most coveted psychedelic concert posters in the entire field of collecting, I get asked for this one a LOT.
