Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert/event flyer for the 5/14/1967 (rescheduled from 4/30) Portland Spring Trips Festival, an all-day show held at the Portland (OR) Armory featuring PNW favorites the Wailers, P.H. Phactor, the (Wild) Weeds (featuring Fred Cole), the Redcoats, the Courtmen, the New Tweedy Brothers, U.S. Cadenza, Gazebo, special San Francisco Guests Blue Cheer and more. Design by Ella Ray, thin flat stock handbill is in excellent to near mint (B+ to B+/A-) condition; aside from a couple of soft diagonal bends in the lower left/right corners, there's just a trace of handling wear and a hand-corrected date (in black marker) at the top, otherwise it's as nice as they come. Cool-looking regional "Trips Festival" flyer featuring the best of the local Portland psychedelic scene. Be sure to check out other listings from the EXTENSIVE Portland/Pacific Northwest collection that is featured in this Sale, including an alternate-design handbill from this event.
