Original 1st printing 17&1/2 x 22&1/2" day-glo hand-pulled silkscreen concert poster for the Doors at the International Ballroom in the Hilton Hotel of Washington, D.C. on 11/25/1967. Art by Dail W. Beeghly ("DWB"), medium flat vellum stock hand-pulled silkscreen poster is in used (C/C+) condition; a very heavy amount of edge wear (several small to decent-sized tears scattered along all of the edges, (anywhere from about 1"- 4" each), a couple of very large vertical tears in the top/bottom margins, heavy creasing, a few small holes, toning, a decent amount of surface wear (numerous surface scrapes/scratches, ink cracking).... the photo should show pretty clearly just how used this piece is. Now for the disclaimer- I've NEVER seen one of these turn up for sale, EVER.... a SUPER-scarce Doors poster with a SICK graphic. Luckily, due to the fact that it's a silkscreen and the paper is workable, this poster CAN (with good effort by a professional) be restored back to its former glory. Either way you cut it, this has got to be one of the absolutely COOLEST-looking Doors posters out there. A true score for the winning bidder.
