Original 1st/only printing 18&1/2" diameter concert poster for the Don Ellis Orchestra with H.P. Lovecraft and Kaleidoscope (featuring David Lindley) at the Kaleidoscope in Los Angeles, CA on 6/7-8/1968. Art by Hinton, image is #15 in the Kaleidoscope series. Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; a couple of scattered small bends (most are between 1-3") scattered around the outer edges (2-3:00, 6:00 and at about 11:00), a hint of surface wear and a trace of toning on the reverse, otherwise fine. An overall superb-looking example of this unusual oddball Kaleidoscope image.
