 ITEM DESCRIPTION

Official BGP-sanctioned/Artrock-issued (1989) extra-large 28 x 41" silkscreen concert poster for the Jimi Hendrix Experience appearing with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers (with Mick Taylor) and Albert King at the Fillmore Auditorium and Winterland in San Francisco, CA from 2/1-4/1968.

Art by (and SIGNED and numbered 127/500 in pencil by) Rick Griffin, image ("Flying Eyeball") is # 105 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series (BG 105-SS-4 in the Eric King guide)

EXTRA-thick oak-tag rag stock serigraph (printed with extra-thick enamel inks) is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there is a slight high water mark/moisture discoloration in the lower left corner, along with a couple of thin vertical creases running along the upper left margin, a bit of subtle moisture ripple to the paper, a semi-pronounced tape shadow on the reverse bottom margin and a slight amount of warping/"baconing" along the top margin, otherwise it is a GREAT-looking example of this MASSIVE version of the Flying Eyeball.

This edition pretty much sold out upon release, I haven't had one of these in a WHILE.
