Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster and 5 x 7" postcard for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) appearing with the Charlatans and Blue Cheer at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 3/31-4/1/1967.

 Medium flat index index stock poster and postcard are both in near mint (A-) condition; just a couple of tiny pinch bends in the upper margin area and a stray edge ding or two on the poster; the card has a touch of curl and a couple of spots of photo-album page residue on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 

 ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS pair of first-printing artifacts from the Avalon.
