Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 5&5/8" concert handbill for Big Brother & the Holding Company (with Janis Joplin) appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service, the Charlatans and the Sparrow (pre-Steppenwolf) at the Tamalpais Mountain Amphitheater in Marin County, CA on 4/8/1967.
Art by Allen "Gut" Terk, thin flat stock handbill is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; there are a couple of tiny pinch creases and a thin indentation bend in the lower right margin, a couple of tiny crescent-shaped fingerprint bends in the left margin and a light handling ding or two hiding within the image area, otherwise fine... a VERY sharp specimen overall.
Great-looking original '67 concert artifact from Marin County.
