Original 1st printing 7 x 4&5/8" schedule-backed concert handbill (card) for Creedence Clearwater Revival appearing with Albert King and Black Pearl at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA from 9/19-21/1968.

 Art by Rick Griffin, image ("Bulls Eye") is # 137 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series, this version is listed as BG 137-OPC-B in the Eric King guide.

 Medium-thick flat index stock card is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; just a VERY soft diagonal bend in the lower right margin/corner, a tiny surface spot on the "B" of "Bulls" and a few tiny soft pinch dings hiding within the image area, otherwise it is an absolutely fantastic-looking example of this semi-uncommon Fillmore card.
