Original 1st printing 10&1/4 x 16&1/2" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the Velvet Underground (featuring Lou Reed) and the Fugs at the Stanley Theatre in Pittsburgh, PA on 2/7/1969.

 

 Art by Gene King, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 304 (plate 3.160).

 

 Medium-thin textured index stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; just a pair of horizontal machine folds (as issued), a few VERY soft handling dings hiding within the image area and a stray corner-tip/edge bump or two, otherwise it is an absolutely STUNNING example of this next-to-impossible-to-find Grateful Dead/Velvets poster from the AOR.
