Original 1st printing 5&5/8 x 8&1/4" double-sided concert/event handbill for the 6th National Jazz & Blues Festival, held at the Royal Windsor Racecourse, near London, England from 7/29-31/1967. Designer unknown, handbill lists appearances by a who's who of British (and some international) talent, including Cream (*who are listed individually by name, as the band had not been named at the time the show was booked), the Small Faces, the Yardbirds (with Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck), the Who, the Move, the Action, Georgie Fame, Geno Washington and the Ram Jam Band and MANY more. Thin glossy stock handbill is in decent/used (B/B-) condition; there was a piece of tape attached to the left margin at some point, which upon removal left a fairly heavy amount of wear (a series of small pulls and brown residue stains) along the entire left (the "Richmond" side) and right (the schedule side) edge; additionally, there is a small tape mark over "Accommodation", a series of pressed-out horizontal folds, a few light handling dings, a tiny edge nip or two, a pair of pin holes in the top left/right corners and a tiny diagonal sliver out of the lower left corner... most assuredly a well-worn specimen. Conditional issues aside, this is still a SUPER-COOL little mid-'66 UK Festival artifact with an absolutely UNBEATABLE lineup.
