Original 1st printing 22 x 30" boxing-style/letterpress silkscreen concert poster for the Godfather of Soul, the one and only "Mr. Dynamite", the inimitable James Brown appearing at the San Francisco Civic Center on 10/23/1971. Printed by Globe Poster of Baltimore (not credited) extra-thick cardboard stock silkscreen poster is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there is a fairly decent-sized moisture stain in the upper left corner, along with a bit of warping to the board (most notably along the left margin), along with a bit of edge/corner wear (pin holes/corner-tip creases, tiny bends), a light to moderate amount of surface wear (numerous scattered tiny scrapes/scratches and little scuffs, mostly in the black pass of ink) and a series of light rub marks/scuffs along the left border of the image area, otherwise OK... not perfect, but it's definitely a real-deal original (the reprint has a small number in the lower right corner and no ink "halo" around James' portrait). BADASS early-'70's J.B. poster with KILLER Globe Poster graphics!!!
