 ITEM DESCRIPTION

 Collection of four (4) original 1st printing 1966 concert flyers for assorted Family Dog Presents concerts held at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA. (4) piece set consists of the following;

 Bo Diddley appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service from 7/28-30/1966. Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image # 18 in the Family Dog/Avalon series. OHB-A in the Eric King guide.

 Buffalo Springfield appearing with Daily Flash and Congress of Wonders from 12/2-3/1966. Art by Ned Lamont (Tom Glass), image # 37 in the Family Dog/Avalon series OHB-A in the Eric King guide.

 Daily Flash appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service and Country Joe & the Fish from 11/18-19/1966. Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image # 35 in the Family Dog/Avalon series OHB-A in the Eric King guide.

 Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing with Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) and Country Joe & the Fish from 11/25-26/1966. Art by Victor Moscoso, image # 36 in the Family Dog/Avalon series. OHB-A in the Eric King guide.

 All flyers are printed on thin flat stock and are 8&1/2 x 11"; conditions range, but they are mostly in the B to B/B+ area- the most damaged one is the 37 (staple pulls in the top corners, a small tear/wedge pull in the bottom), the best one is the 35 (light handling and a 2" diagonal bend in the top left corner), the others are kind of in-between, but overall the set looks pretty decent.

 A neat little collection of ORIGINAL 1st edition 1966 Avalon flyers, all from fairly early in the series.
