Original 1st printing 13&7/8 x 22&1/2" concert poster for Taj Mahal appearing with Mike Bloomfield and Nick Gravenites, Devil's Kitchen and Southern Comfort at the Family Dog on the Great Highway in San Francisco, CA from 8/15-17/1969.

 

 Designer unknown, image is an un-numbered image from the Family Dog/Great Highway series (FD-690815-OP-1 in the Eric King guide).

 

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in good (B) condition; there is an approximately 1" triangular wedge tear out of the bottom center margin, along with tack holes/small bends in each corner, a few tiny hairline stress creases hiding within the image area (as well scattered around the outer margins), a hint of surface wear and a couple of tiny pin-prick splatter stains on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 

 VERY colorful 1969 Family Dog Great Highway poster from the same weekend as Woodstock.
