Original 1st printing 14 x 22" cardboard boxing-style/letterpress concert poster for Southern California surf-rock legends the Beach Boys appearing at the San Jose Civic Auditorium on 2/26/1965.

 Thick cardboard stock poster (printed by Majestic Poster Press of Los Angeles) is in good (B) condition; the board is lightly toned, with a set of tack holes (all four corners), a 1" vertical tear in the upper left margin (above the "y" in "Larry"), a bit of corner wear (a couple of tiny bends, a couple of split corner tips), a bit of subtle/light discoloration in the lower left/right quadrants, a few light surface scuffs and thin stress bends here and there, a slight pressure crease/indentation and a 3/4" tear above "KLIV" in the top margin and a touch of wear on the reverse, otherwise fine. It's more than likely that this example was removed from public display at the time of the event, as it exhibits a lot of the tell-tale signs.
