 ITEM DESCRIPTION

Original 1st printing 17&1/2 x 23" concert poster, 8&1/2 x 11" flyer and 5&1/2 x 8&1/2 lineup handbill (lists all of the musicians) for "Ranch Rock '86" a Grateful Dead-offshoot concert/party, held at Pyramid Lake (outside of Reno), NV on 9/7/1986.

Participants listed include: Bob Weir and Mickey Hart (Grateful Dead) appearing with Kingfish and Mickey and the Daylites (also with Barry "the Fish" Melton (Country Joe & the Fish) and David Frieberg (Quicksilver, Jefferson Starship), along with Zero (featuring John Cipollina (Quicksilver), Robert Hunter and Problem Child.

Art by (and SIGNED in gold by) Michael (Thill), medium-thin glossy stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there is a half-dime-sized dark stain in the top left corner, along with a bit of wear/creasing (and a few tiny nip tears) along the outer margin area, a few stray handling dings here and there, a series of VERY thin stress bends scattered around the image area and a couple of tiny pin-prick spots here and there, otherwise fine.

The handbill and flyer are both in good/very good condition- there is a minor bit of edge wear and light handling on the flyer and a series of folds and a moderate amount of creasing on the handbill, but overall they are in pretty decent shape.

As an added bonus, the poster has been HAND-SIGNED by Kingfish members Steve Kimock, Anna Rizzo, Matthew Kelly  and Steve Evans (in gold ink) and John Cipollina (in purple flair). By all accounts, this was a MASSIVELY fun show. Check out Robert Hunter's set HERE:
