Original 1st printing 21 x 16&5/8" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing at the Paramount Theatre in Portland, OR from 7/25-26/1972.

 Design by/show presented by Pacific Presentations, a nearly-identical image (from Seattle) is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 377 (plate 4.141).

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; there is a thin semi-soft 2" horizontal bend in the lower right margin/corner, along with a couple of EXTREMELY light edge dings and a stray fingerprint smudge/stress ding/pinch ding or two hiding within the image area, but overall it is a VERY sharp/mostly-clean example of this semi-uncommon early-'70's Dead poster from the PNW.
