Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 9" blank-reverse concert/event handbill for Midsummer Night's Rock Festival, held at the Michigan State Fairgrounds in Detroit from 6/26-27/1970.

 Acts listed include: Alice Cooper, the Stooges (featuring Iggy Pop), Tackle Box, Savage Grace, Werks and Wesselfloss.

 Artist unknown/not credited, medium-thick textured vellum stock handbill is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are a series of semi-pronounced diagonal bends in the lower right corner, along with a series of semi-pronounced handling dings/soft creases throughout, a bit of edge/corner wear, a couple of light tape pulls on the reverse, a hint of surface wear and a subtle area of toning/light discoloration in the upper left corner, otherwise fine.

 ULTRA-uncommon Detroit/Festival/Stooges/Alice item from a fairly obscure mid-1970 event.
