Original 1st printing approximately 2&1/4 x 1&1/2" torn ticket stub for the Doors appearing with the Who (*not listed on stub) at the Singer Bowl in Queens, NY on 8/2/1968. Thick cardboard stock stub (ticket 1047) is in about B/B+ condition overall- it is lightly worn, with a hand-torn right edge and there is a subtle amount of toning, but the date, venue and the headlining band's name are all legible. VERY, VERY cool original 1968 Doors/Who stub from a wild NYC show in the summer of '68. A small riot during the Doors' performance inspired the Who's Pete Townshend to write "Sally Simpson", which appeared on the band's next album ("Tommy"). Check out a couple of FASCINATING minutes of Jim Morrison walking through the crowd (and backstage) at the show HERE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QBwEHi8eMk
