Original 1st printing 13&1/8 x 20" concert poster for the Velvet Underground (featuring Lou Reed) appearing with Iron Butterfly and Crome Syrcus at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 6/7-9/1968.

 Art by Raphael (Was Bob) Schnepf, image is # 122 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.

 Medium glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there is a thin vertical 2" bend in the upper right margin, a few tiny stray edge dings, a stray fingerprint or two hiding within the image area and a thin soft horizontal roll bend traversing the upper left margin, otherwise it is a great-looking example of this popular late-period FD image.
