Original 1st printing 21&7/8 x 27&7/8" concert poster for the final week of shows held at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA.
Art by David Singer, image is # 287 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series (the last numbered poster in the original Fillmore series, the print run was supposedly limited to 500 units).
Shows listed include: Boz Scaggs appearing with Cold Blood, The Flamin' Groovies and Stoneground (6/30), It's A Beautiful Day appearing with the Elvin Bishop Group, Grootna and Lamb (7/1), the Grateful Dead appearing with The New Riders of the Purple Sage and The Rowan Brothers (7/2), Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing with Hot Tuna (featuring Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady of Jefferson Airplane) and Yogi Phlegm/the Sons (7/3) and Santana appearing with Creedence Clearwater Revival and Tower of Power (7/4).
Medium glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a pair of thin diagonal bends in the upper left corner, a 2" thin vertical roll bend/crease along the lower left margin/edge, tiny nips out of the top/bottom left corner tips, plus a few stray dings and thin creases in various places around the outer margin area, a couple of tiny pin-prick spots in the top right corner tip, right center margin and lower left margin, a few ultra-light surface scratches and well-camouflaged dings, plus a fair amount of toning and a series of tape shadows on the reverse, otherwise fine.
A fine-looking 1st printing example of one of David Singer's most popular Fillmore designs.
