Collection of four (4) original 1st printing approximately 4&1/4 x 7" thin flat vellum stock concert postcards for a series of Russ Gibb-produced 1968/9 shows held at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI and at the Palladium in Birmingham, MI (not produced by Russ).

 

 The set includes the following cards: Frut of the Loom/Tiers/SRC/Born Blues/HP & the Grass Roots Movement (RGP 69, art by Gary Grimshaw), Amboy Dukes/UP/Pack/Dick Rabbit/Stooges/Frozen Sun (RGP 125, art by Chad Hines), Frost/3rd Power/All the Lonely People (RGP 97, artist unknown) and a blank-reverse card for a pair of shows at the Palladium with the Amboy Dukes/All the Lonely People/Shakey Jake and Frost/Julia (no #, art by Carol Ann)

 

 Thin flat vellum stock cards are all in SUPERB near mint (A-/B+) condition overall- there are a couple of tiny soft stains along the top margin of the Frost card and a few soft handling dings on one or two cards, but overall the set is in REALLY nice shape.

 

 Neat little set of original late-'60's cards featuring a fantastic assortment of Michigan-based rock acts.
