Collection of four (4) original 1st printing approximately 4&1/4 x 7&1/4" thin flat vellum stock concert postcards for a series of Russ Gibb-produced 1968 shows held at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI
The set includes the following cards: Butterfield Blues Band/Frost/Buffy/Jagged Edge/Fox/MC5/Psychedelic Stooges (RGP 86, art by Gary Grimshaw), Albert King/Rationals/Toad/Oharma (RGP 100-C art by Carl Lundgren), Canned Heat/Rationals/Jagged Edge/Children (RGP 98, Lundgren) and Canned Heat/Hamilton Face/Teagarden & Vanwinkle (RGP 121, Lundgren).
Thin flat vellum stock cards are all in BEAUTIFUL near mint (A-/B+) condition overall- there are a couple of loose soft pinch dings/handling dings on one or two cards, but for the most part the set is in UNBEATABLE shape.
Neat little set of original postcards from the legendary Grande Ballroom featuring a fantastic assortment of blues and rock acts.
