Original 1st printing (strike mark in the right center margin) 14 x 22" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Humble Pie (featuring Steve Marriott and Peter Frampton) and the Flock at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA from 12/4-7/1969*.

 

 Art by (and SIGNED in silver ink by) David Singer, image is # 205 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series.

 

 Medium glossy coated index stock poster is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are a series of tiny drip/splatter stains traversing the lower half of the image area down to the bottom edge (one of which has a small rub mark "halo" around where someone tried to remove it at one point), along with a bit of subtle toning to the paper, a set of tack holes (all four corners), a few stray tiny handling/pinch dings and a subtle "wipe" mark in the lower left border (just above "Flock"), otherwise fine.

 

 A very presentable ARTIST-SIGNED 1st printing example of this very dark late-'69 David Singer Fillmore poster.

 

 *The 12/6 show was canceled in the wake of the events at the Rolling Stones free concert at Altamont that afternoon.
