Original 1st printing (OP-2 in the Eric King guide, no "Double-H Press" credit) 14&1/8 x 20" concert poster for Moby Grape appearing with the Sparrow and the Charlatans at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 1/13-14/1967. *poster also mentions the 1/14/1967 Gathering of the Tribes/Human Be-In held in Golden Gate Park.

 

 Art by Stanley Mouse (who also SIGNED the poster in black ink) with Alton Kelley, image is # 43 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.

 

 Medium-thin flat index stock poster is in ULTRA-sharp mint/near mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; with the exception of a well-camouflaged stray pinch ding or two, it is a VERY crisp/claen example of this classic '67 Avalon image with a nice large Mouse signature.
