Art by Gary Grimshaw, thin flat stock flyer is in SUPERB near mint (A-) condition; just a tiny edge nip in the upper left margin and a whisper of handling wear, otherwise it is an UNBEATABLE example of this obscure early-'70's Grimshaw item from a fairly small regional college show.
