Medium-thin flat stock flyer is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are a series of light splatter stains in the lower left margin/corner, a couple of ultra-tiny pin/staple holes along the top margin, a few soft edge creases, light toning, a set of soft tape pulls/residue marks on the reverse and a hint of surface wear, otherwise fine.
